Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled within a few minutes of placing the order, before preparation begins
- Once the order is confirmed and sent to the kitchen, cancellation is not possible
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- ✅ Order was cancelled successfully before preparation
- ✅ Payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed
- ✅ Items were unavailable and no replacement was accepted
In such cases, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations

- ❌ Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
