Napoli 7 is dedicated to serving authentic Neapolitan pizza in Ajman, inspired by the traditions of Naples – the birthplace of pizza.
The name Napoli 7 reflects our philosophy: offering a deliberately limited selection of seven pizzas to ensure perfect execution, consistently fresh ingredients, and constant quality.
Every pizza begins with our artisan Neapolitan dough, prepared daily with slow fermentation to create a light and highly digestible crust. We use renowned Caputo flour, trusted by pizzaioli around the world.
The dough is entirely handcrafted using traditional techniques, including the schiaffo napoletano, then baked in a handcrafted Neapolitan oven reaching around 450°C, creating the iconic Neapolitan texture: soft, airy edges with a delicate crisp finish
Our sauce is made with premium San Marzano DOP tomatoes, grown in the volcanic soil near Mount Vesuvius. Each day we carefully select fresh ingredients to deliver the true taste of Italian pizza in Ajman.

Our Story
Napoli 7 began with a lifelong love for real Neapolitan pizza.
As the son of a Neapolitan family, I grew up surrounded by the aroma of pizza, fresh dough, and the traditions of Italian cooking. From an early age, I understood that Neapolitan pizza was something unique – very different from other styles of pizza around the world.
Curious and passionate, I spent years learning the craft. I worked in pizzerias, trained with experienced pizzaioli, and discovered the traditional techniques that make Neapolitan pizza so special.
During my travels, I saw how Neapolitan pizza had reached many countries – from the United States to Asia – loved everywhere for its simplicity, quality, and authentic flavor.
That is when the idea for Napoli 7 was born.
